You think so? To be honest, the vocals are what puts my off my music. I record at home with a sincere lack of required equipment. Branching out for some bigger projects over the next few months, hitting the studios and such.
And indeed! British born and bred. Glad you like it pal, throw it around if you'd be so kind, trying to make a bigger impact around here. Good place for diverse music.
Ha...
Surprisingly this is pretty calming... did you just blur out some other song? or did you make this from scratch? ....the piano is pretty amazing actually... not gonna lie
thanks
it's all original
wait...
are you admitting to using a ton of presets to make this... w/e it sounds pretty good actually
Nope. Sorry if it was unclear. I used loads of drum samples that i have collected on freesound.org. Then i EQ'd them the best i could. Im sorry, when i say drum samples i mean like HiHats, Snares, etc.. I dont mean that i took loops and layered them. All of the drum loops you hear are just me randomly adding drumsounds into a virtual drum machine. I'll take down everything i wrote so people dont get confused now. Thanks for saying something :)
Cut down the intro a little...
...and that beep right when the song gets going kinda doesn't fit... but yeah thats dubstep alright
What r u expecting score wise...
hmm... pretty lame im gonna have to give this a tactical 0... haha i am sorry
Intro needs correction
Yes... the intro is one of the most important parts... no offense but no one will have the patience to wait through that squeaking stuff to get to the real song... which is good --> just some feedback :D
lol... Im guessing your not new at this...
Very pro sound
haha thanks bro :3
haha :D
I don't know what it is but this song just makes me lol all over the place... roses r red violets r blue, all my ears are belong to u
roses are red violets are blue
...All my ears are belong to you :D
-When the midi sound of the entire song is ignored this is amazing... its just because of the midi there is no eargasmic bass to back this up (but i still like it)
Thanks =)
I may be not a professional, but I appreciate the reviews, every type of review. =)
Take Care and God Bless You =)
I have a few suggestions...
-At the end of that (intense) drum roll build up... variate the drums at the end.
a good example (and no I am not trying to promote anything) would be "Static Shock (ID:329416). At 0:16 it has the same type of drum roll but with the nice variation i am talking about at the end.
-Also add another bass line or just bring up the one you have already
-And MOST importantly... that main tune you play through the entire song... (i mean you at least tried to change keys) but that needs to break out into your main melody (something new) after the drum roll.
-oh yeah... and at 1:24 build that up with some drum thing like the roll again and EXPLODE with epicness :D (heavy bass=necessary)
...other than that this is an excellent building block for a MASTERPIECE...
Basically I just mess around with some music and post it... I'm not a pro, I don't do this for a living, and it's barely even a hobby, but that's what I do :D
